| ENAID-2000tm Online Computer Consulting services is offered in person, via our virtual office, email, telephone or fax. Fees are determined by the nature of your request. Time can be purchase by the hour or in blocks of time (Multiple half-hour, hours, weeks or months). Telephone usage is priced per minute except for Teleclasses and/or Teleconferencing/seminar. |
How We Work:- Client/Requestor determine purchase time
- Client/Requestor telephone, fax, email or send request
- ENAID-2000tm form and agreement is sent to Client/Requestor
- Client/Requestor return form and signed agreement with payment (cashier's check, money order or secured online credit card transaction).
- ENAID-2000 tm initial response begins within 24 hours after payment has been received.

| Request will be review before initiating any work. A cost estimate will be sent via email regarding purchases of blocks ot time. It is our sole discretion to determine whether the request is within our scope or otherwise not suitable. The Client/Requesor will be notified of same within 48 hours. |
| Client/Requestor understands that all requests, issues, problems and answers will not be made available to anyone in a manner that will idenity Client/Requestor. |
| SHI-RED ® Inc. agrees to maintain the highest confidence of Client/Requestor proprietary information and will agree to their terms of confidentiality. |
| SHI-RED ® Inc. expects the Client/Request to provide the necessary information and access to data as needed to reach specified results of agreement. |
